Wedding Wednesday: The Wedding Party Edition Part 1

Hey Fabulous Readers!

This post is all about the amazing ladies in my wedding!

Bridal Party

Matron of Honor

JoJo

My mom is my absolute best friend and I am so blessed to have had such an encouraging, gracious and tough-lovin' momma! I have pushed her buttons like no one else and she continues to love and support me with everything that I do. Our motto is: We fight hard and we love hard. I love that she is always teaching me life lessons and being an incredible example of a devoted wife and mother. My mom is the sassiest, most beautiful (inside and out), and giving woman around. The best complement that I ever receive is when people say that I remind them of my mom or that I am just like her. It is such an honor that I will have her right next to me when I marry the man of my dreams!

Bridesmaids:

Brittany Jones

I love this lady more than all of the Nutella in the entire world! My B.Jones is living her dream in the Navy and I am so incredibly proud of her and her strength! Yes, my bff and I have the same name, but we have really cool nicknames. She is my Pepper and I am her Salt. I love that I can go to her with anything and I mean anything...and she will not judge me. She is the first person to tell me that Andrew was the one and it was after our first date! She gets me like no one else and I am so grateful for such a inspirational friend who constantly lifts me up!

Brianna Marie

This is my Oppy. Bree is the smartest, most giving, and loyal friend that I have ever had. Bree and I have endless memories that involve soccer, dance parties, stupid boys and honestly too many to list! We are starting a new chapter and I am so excited to have her back in my life. We have been friends, more like sister for a very long time, but I moved to Georgia and it changed our relationship. I made mistakes which resulted in Bree not being apart of my life for a couple of years. Yes, it was my fault. I am thankful for her forgiveness and love that she has always shown me and my family. I honestly love her like she is my actual sister and I am so proud of the woman she has become!

Kelly Elizabeth

This beauty has been my friend since 1st grade y'all! We were on our first soccer team together and we did a dance in our school talent show together. Yes, it was Tearin Up My Heart by Nsync* and we had matching tye-dye outfits with matching scrunchies. It was everything. Obviously, we have always been a pretty good team! I have so many fun childhood memories with her and I love that we are still such good friends! Kelly is such a great example of a strong independent woman who loves unconditionally! I am so lucky because I know that we will be friends forever!

Channing Elizabeth

This is my first best friend, ever. Our dads coached our first soccer team and we were basically meant to be best friends. Duh. We have a lot of soccer memories from over the years and I love that we could play against each other, but hug after the game. Ms. Smarty Pants graduated from the University of Michigan and is currently in Law School! Yeah, she kinda set the bar high, right? I love my Channing Elizabeth so much and I am so thankful for our life-long friendship!

Sherri Mak

I absolutely love her and I am so thankful for her friendship! Sherri is married to Rob who is the Best Man in our wedding! I met her soon after Andrew and I started dating and I knew that we would be really good friends! She is hilarious, fun and one amazing mom! Oh, she also is a terrific Zumba instructor who is in fantastic shape. So, yeah...I need to go to all of her classes before the wedding. ;)

Junior Bridesmaid:

Meg

I am so excited to have my beautiful cousin in the wedding! She is an honor roll student and I am so proud of her! Also, not only is she a smarty pants, but she is funny too! Seriously, she is a CATCH! I love this sassy girl so much!

I am very blessed to have ALL of these ladies in my life and I am beyond excited to have them be apart of this journey from Miss to Mrs.

Thanks for reading!

xoxo,
Brittney
